Wavelength

2025 | 3 Minutes | Toffee Hammer

Animation by Holly Warburton, Voice Over Lily Manning

Poster for Wavelength featuring artwork by Holly Warburton.

Wavelength came from thinking about how grief changes our relationship with memory. I wanted to make something beautiful about how a connection can continue even after the person is gone.

Holly’s art and animation added a sense of memory to my words. Jack Ledger-Dowse’s music and Brown Bear Audio’s sound design then helped create the film’s rhythm: the signals, silences and echoes through which that connection is felt.

Artwork by Holly Warburton from Wavelength of two people sleeping peacefully in bed, facing each other, with their hands gently touching. The scene features warm and cool purple tones, creating a calming atmosphere.
